Join us tonight from 6 - 8 pm for an outdoor networking event at the beautiful Soledad Club in Pacific Beach. Come network with local young professionals while enjoying amazing views of the ocean and scenic San Diego.

Why Mindful Mixer?

This event will feature a guided meditation & mindful movement yoga practices, which you can use at home or when working at your desk. The Yoga Bus™ will demonstrate how yoga can help you incorporate mindfulness in your daily life through eating, stretching, and exercise. Dress attire for the event is business casual, no mats necessary.

*To follow guidelines provided by the California Department of Public Health, all guests will be required to wear a mask when not eating or drinking. The event will be held outside where there is plenty of space and open air. Event size will be limited to no more than 50 guests.
