Founder & President
Ryan is an active member of the San Diego business community, serving as Founder & President of The Network San Diego. He is a forward-thinking leader in the community who has organized over 125+ networking events and takes pride in connecting professionals to help foster growth and innovation in San Diego.
DEVIN PELLEY
Co-Founder
Devin is a San Diego native, a husband, and father of two children. He is deeply involved in the San Diego community with youth sports, PTA, and fundraising organizations. Devin is a mortgage lending professional and seasoned investor specializing in Southern California but can also serve clients in 48 states. Devin recently started his own mortgage lending branch and is looking to connect with like minded entrepreneurs and industry partners.
ALYSSA LABEYLIE
Director of Marketing
Alyssa is a marketing leader with 15+ years of experience building brands across healthcare, eCommerce, and international markets. She recently traded the Bay Area (and a few stints living overseas) for San Diego, where she met Ryan at a YPNSD event. Turns out, they’d gone to the same high school back in Northern California!
Off the clock, Alyssa’s usually scoping out San Diego’s newest venues, climbing (lead + lead belay certified), or trading ideas with fellow creatives over coffee. She’s always down to talk brand strategy, favorite crag routes, or where to explore next.
AGUSTIN RICHARDSON
Director of Community Partnerships
Agustin Richardson is a real estate and finance professional with a deep passion for community growth and development. A Hispanic leader rooted in San Diego’s Central and South Bay, he is widely respected for his ability to connect people, organizations, and ideas that strengthen the region. Agustin maintains strong relationships with Chambers of Commerce and local business organizations and serves as a dedicated civic advocate, working alongside community leaders to support meaningful initiatives. Within The Network San Diego, he will lead the charge in forming lasting partnerships and expanding the network’s reach and influence. An advocate for personal development, Agustin is also a recognized leader among younger audiences, inspiring the next generation while building impactful relationships that drive long-term community success.
