Co-Founder
Devin is a San Diego native, a husband, and father of two children. He is deeply involved in the San Diego community with youth sports, PTA, and fundraising organizations. Devin is a mortgage lending professional and seasoned investor specializing in Southern California but can also serve clients in 48 states. Devin recently started his own mortgage lending branch and is looking to connect with like minded entrepreneurs and industry partners.

Mandela Byam is a the Contracts Manager at Sapient Logic LLC, a San Diego-based technology firm, is a professional in his field and a dedicated community member. He oversees the full contract management lifecycle, manages revenue cycle operations, and leads business development initiatives. Mandela's commitment to his community is evident in his roles as the Education Director for the NCMA San Diego Chapter and former Co-Chair of the Advisory Board for Emerging Leaders at the North San Diego Business Chamber. He actively engages in community activities, sports, and volunteering, inspiring others with his dedication. His interests include traveling and beach volleyball.

Agustin Richardson is a real estate and finance professional with a deep passion for community growth and development. A Hispanic leader rooted in San Diego’s Central and South Bay, he is widely respected for his ability to connect people, organizations, and ideas that strengthen the region. Agustin maintains strong relationships with Chambers of Commerce and local business organizations and serves as a dedicated civic advocate, working alongside community leaders to support meaningful initiatives. Within The Network San Diego, he will lead the charge in forming lasting partnerships and expanding the network’s reach and influence. An advocate for personal development, Agustin is also a recognized leader among younger audiences, inspiring the next generation while building impactful relationships that drive long-term community success.
