Hi folks! My newly found consulting firm helps small businesses solve real-world problems and grow with confidence. I spent 22 years in the Navy developing leadership skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where clear thinking and strong teams mattered.
Afterwards, I transitioned into management consulting at a top global consulting firm, where I spent four years helping organizations improve how they operate, plan, and execute.
Today, I bring that same practical, no-nonsense approach to working with small businesses—especially local restaurants—who are juggling growth, operations, and thin margins. I’m a PMP-certified project manager with hands-on experience using AI as a tool to simplify workflows, improve decision-making, and save owners time (not add complexity).
My goal is simple: help businesses solve their problems so they can increase profitability.
