Brian Foster

Brian Foster is a Senior Cyber Technology Consultant and Enterprise Security Architect with over a decade of experience in military and defense-sector cybersecurity. Beginning his career as a U.S. Navy Submariner and IT Systems Specialist, Brian earned multiple commendations for his leadership and technical expertise. In the civilian sector, he has led enterprise security initiatives, specializing in AI/ML integration, human-centered design, and digital transformation for Department of Defense programs. In his experience, he develops security strategies and manages security control compliance for critical systems, earning recognition for innovation and process improvement at every role he has taken. He holds a BS in Organizational Leadership, is pursuing an MBA (2025). In his current role, he is positioned to lead policy and cyber maturity at the Department of State.
